Happy Monday and Happy Labor Day to my US readers!
Today I want to introduce you to one of my favorite Spanish pastries: Rosquillas de Cabello de Angel. These round shaped pastries taste like heaven in your mouth. They are made of puff pastry with a coat of confectioner’s sugar and filled with angel-hair pasta (capellini). If you would like to give them a try, you can find them here.
By now it won’t surprise you if I tell you that I have a sweet tooth. In fact, I love trying new sweets and pastries from all over the world and incorporate my favorite recipes to my repertoire.
