Valentine’s Day Breakfast

I’m very traditional when it comes to celebrating Valentine’s Day. A date night at a special restaurant is my favorite thing to do. This year I also want to do a special breakfast. Keeping it cozy at home. Today I want to share with you some ideas to celebrate love whether you are single or not.

I believe that too much red looks tacky, so I opted for a pop of red with those heart-shaped cookies and the strawberries. I also believe that less is more, so there aren’t too many items on the table. Fresh blooms and sweets are a must. The stock flower bouquet is beautiful and smells heavenly. The no bake chocolate cake is my favorite comfort food, you can find the recipe here. Another option are these scrumptious brownie hearts with raspberry buttercream that I made last year.

Voilà! Here’s the final tablescape

If you feel like surprising your special someone, grab a tray and take those delicious treats to bed.
